cck_map.theme

cck_map.theme is not used anymore, as far as I know, but it is still in the package. When I was looking for the function theme_cck_map, i stumbled on this little problem. The theme_cck_map that is actually in use can be found in cck_map.inc.
I propose that:

• the function theme_cck_map will be moved to cck_map.theme,
• cck_map.theme will be included instead of cck_map.inc,
• cck_map.inc will be removed

Included is a patch for this. I hope that it is the right form.
