There is a development release for 6.x now.
Please test it before we create a stable release.

@#3... After installing latest 6.x release, I get this error:
warning: Missing argument 1 for cleanfeeds_menu() in /sites/all/modules/cleanfeeds/cleanfeeds.module on line 16.
Upon inspection of the module, the problem has to deal with function cleanfeeds_menu
Unsurprisingly, no Clean Feeds settings item is created in the menu and going to "/admin/settings/cleanfeeds" produces an "Access denied" page error.
