#369218 Permissions bug identified by drimsun, fixed.
This was a serious bug and could lead to the im_raw action disappearing, breaking that particular imagecache preset. Everyone should upgrade.

Also:
#369263 Updated textarea description to point out windows style escaping.
- general updates to description, hopefully making it clearer.
- shifted permission check to the command line entry form.
- updated readme to reflect newer releases of ImageAPI, should no longer
need to patch

The permissions bug was serious and could lead to the im_raw action disappearing and imagecache presets not being generated. Everyone should upgrade.
