Hey! think i found an error, i just installed the 6.4 version on a test server to run a few tests.
And when i enable autocomplete on the user registration form, i get some 403 error when drupal code tryes to
autocomplete my input.

There is autocomplete on the user registration form ?!
Anyway, apart from that, I don't have any problems here with autocomplete (node authoring fieldset, taxonomy tags etc)

Strange.. tryed with both firefox and ie7 still same result..

An HTTP error 403 occurred.

I have the same problem with taxonomy free tagging.

Will be fixed and backported in #284887: Check for access to autocomplete paths during form building. Marking as duplicate.
