Does anyone use a graphical model for a typical software project? I am looking for a reference I can use to display the Software Industry Standards for the amount of time spent on Discovery, Project Management, Development, Theming (Had to ask) and QA by percentage of overall project. My guess is that IBM or Accenture or one of the ezines have done a white paper on the subject. My team and I have spent a good 5 hours looking and I am getting a little frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.
