This release fixes problems submitted in issues:
#283347: I get an error message "Unable to create files and folders"
#292774: CSS/JS Code injection doesn't work in Multisite installation
These problems affected Active Templates interaction with the servers file system when creating directories, writing files, and deleting files.
Thanks to math_1048, OnkelTem, and Steve Dondley for finding these issues and suggesting fixes.
