I want to come on as a co-maintainer of this module. This will be my first, so I need this documentation to get a CVS account.

I didn't know this process was necessary to get a CVS account, but anyway, yes, I've agreed to make chellman a co-maintainer.

CVS account approved. Barry, I also added chellman to this project to save you the bother.

Yes, this is the normal method for someone without a CVS account to get instant approval (basically by recommendation). It's outlined at http://drupal.org/node/59
