Issue Summary
I Set up not to replace single selects with radios because i only need to have a checkboxes.
But in this situation all my selects lost an "" option - when i turn off this module - everything became all right
So this is bug!

This is an important bug. I also need an 'All' option but it disappears when using this module

The "all" option is deliberately removed by this module, so its not a bug as such. Please see also http://drupal.org/node/297956
