i am installing drupal on local server wamp .it is working fine

NOW I AM TRYING TO INSTALL DRUPAL ON MY HOSTING SERVER BUT IT IS NOT INSTALLING PROPERLY.

MY problem is installing page only refresh . database is not processe to install .
i am installing drupal in sub folder using cpanel, phpwebadmin ,

the following steps are already work out...

1. drupal all files uploading into the sub folder,
2. setting.php changes by base url
3. .htaccess file changes with rewritebase with subfolder
4. chmod is also made to 777
5. databasename , username , password are very right.

now please help me what to do and what to change.

urgent requiremant. event on 3rd saptember and i must have to upload site urgently before 17th augest

when database user don't have all permission then it will only refreshing the install.php page.

so ask that your host company to give all permission to your database user.

then problem will solved atometically.
