The views export csv files won't download over https in IE7. Trying produces an error like: IE cannot download download from example.com. IE was unable to open this site. The requested site is unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

I looked to see if this has already been reported and didn't find anything specific to the Views Bonus Pack, but I found several references in other modules like this one: http://drupal.org/node/147603 Looks like an acknowledged Microsoft problem. I lack the skill to adapt this patch to Views Bonus Pack, though.
