Description
I took NancyDru's 5.x version #172831: Bookimport 5.x version and converted to 6.x. Coder is happy with it and we have successfully imported a rather complex 500+ page book with it.
However, a few notes:
- I did not test the book overwriting features
- I added a new option to allow for overwriting page authorship. (In our environment the export contained authors who did not exist on the import site.)
- The module now relies on the closing content tag in the xml file being immediately before the opening node tag for any sub nodes. (i.e.
...</content>**Only other nodes may be here**</node>) (This was default for us.)

I may, but I need to see how many and what kind of issues there are. I am not currently using this modules any more.

This project is deprecated in favour of Book Import/Export.
Anyone who is interested in being a co-maintainer, please let me know, I will happily add you!
