It appears that I.E. 6 doesn't respect the css "min-width" at "body". For other pages, the header graphics will also be out placed if the browser window is too narrow.
Not sure whether some work-around exists.

mine@subnet142.com commentedHave tested further. The problem seems can't be resolved unless with substantial damage to the .item-list, li.expanded, and li.collapsed formatting. Basically, any padding, position and border will trick I.E. to out place the header div.
So, I guess let's ignore it for good...
