CiviCRM: Notification message failure for Subscribe & Un-Subscribe Mass Mailer Options

Description

Subscribe and Un-Subscribe confirmation e-mails are not sent when subscribing or un-subscribing from a List subscription in e-mail

Initial Conditions
1. Massmailer module must be enabled in: http://civicrm.civicspacelabs.com/home/admin/modules

Steps
1. Configure Mailing List Settings: http://civicrm.civicspacelabs.com/home/admin/settings/massmailer
2. Under Subscription Options, enter values for the following:
- Subscription message subject:
- Subscription message body:
3. Under Unsubscribe Options, enter values for the following:
- Unsubscribe message subject:
- Unsubscribe message body:
4. Save Configuration.
5. Create a Mailing List: http://civicrm.civicspacelabs.com/home/admin/massmailer
6. Manage the Mailing List: http://civicrm.civicspacelabs.com/home/admin/massmailer/list/manage/#
7. Assign Current Subscribers, Add them manually by entering e-mail addresses or add CiviCRM Groups.
8. Add Subscribers.
9. Compose a message for the list: http://civicrm.civicspacelabs.com/home/admin/massmailer/message/send
10. For List Assignments, check the list created in Step 5.
11. Send the message: http://civicrm.civicspacelabs.com/home/admin/massmailer/queue
12. Check the message in an e-mail sent to one of the subscribers.
13. Click the link above the text, "unsubscribe here".
14. You will be directed to the List Subscriptions page on the CivicSpace site.
15. Unsubscribe.
16. Wait 5 minutes
17. Check the e-mail account again.

Results
18. No confirmation e-mail will be sent.
