Title error in content-types settings [#29593]

There was a refactor of content menu, and now, content-types appears to be under settings menu.
So there's a little bug in node_menu that avoid the display of the content-type we are configuring.

Committed to HEAD. Patch doesn't apply against DRUPAL-4-6. Reopen this issue if this needs to be fixed in DRUPAL-4-6, and attach a patch against DRUPAL-4-6. Thanks.
