Sicjoy, I managed to reproduce the bug.
The site is http://www.dailyradical.org , I created mercmobily, pass driggtest . (It took me a while to remember the poster's site, and then create an account. Rek2, in the future keep in mind that you need provide specific information to reproduce problems)

JQuery is the correct one. AND, when I disabled javascript, voting worked.

So... I think there is a problem with the voting widget. Last time I've seen something like that, there was a problem with the CSS, where an element was actually "covering" the vote buttons.

Rek2, can you please enable one of the dafault voting widget for the site, and report back?

If it works, please fix your widgets. If not, please let us know.

...why are you including "simple_karma" in your Drupal?
Simple karma as an old, unused, unsupported, dead module that nobody should ever use.
