Bugs fixed:
* Several bugs related to importing data from an existing OpenX server.
* Show "none" correctly when the campaign has no banner, instead showing all.
* PostgreSQL complains corrected: it requires a complete new module install (no update -yet- provided)

* Views integration working again (Views changed the API)
* Better admin options
* choose what type for banners are allowed
* what type of campaign metrics (impression, click and/or conversion)
* let the advertisers to choose the campaign priority or not
* Campaign list on Advertiser page
* Banners list on Campaign page
* Zone list on Publisher page
* Some terms corrected, in order of consistency (example: "External banner" is the original OpenX server term, but when the banner is on the Drupal site, makes more sense to call it as "Local banner")

* Lightweight: the main .module file is minimal as possible to avoid unnecessary memory load
