Duplication of efforts

The tab is much nicer in this module ;-)
And it is a clean drop in module, no changes to template etc needed.

I thought nodeform is a proof of concept? It did not work for me when I last tested it.

Exactly. nodeform (my module) was only meant to proove that this could actually work, after much discussion and many mockups. This module is a much better attempt, and I have no concerns with abandoning nodeform. I'd love to see this in core, and will help out wherever I can.

I've added a notice to nodeform's project page that sends visitors to this module, and will remove the module once it's no longer relevant as a reference.

Fixed it is.
