Getting warning message Invalid argument supplied for foreach() still not fixed

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in D:\xampp\htdocs\websites\rev143\sites\all\modules\voting_actions\voting_actions.inc on line 160.
I'm still getting this warning and it's not functioning correctly. i've tried setting to mark the node sticky when the sum of votes is greater than 5. but when i vote the first time itself i'm seeing the above mentioned warning message and the node becomes sticky.
Is there any chance this will get fixed anytime soon?
