Since "Feed overview" and "Category overview" titles are now generated by menu system do not display them on top of tables.

This seems to have been fixed a many years ago. The screenshot in #18 shows an improved page with new buttons to assist the user to get started. More information about this issue was asked for 7 years and none has been supplied.
