The title says it all really. When 'Immediate sending' is enabled, nothing is sent. When 'Immediate sending' is disabled, messages are sent as you'd expect them to be. I haven't altered the default Intervals settings.
I'm running Notifications 5.x-1.0-rc1 on Drupal 5.10. The only messaging method I have enabled is Mail.

jose reyero commentedClarification, just in case: When that is enabled, only notifications set to 'Inmediate' are sent right away.
Q: are they sent otherwise, i.e. on cron (with that enabled and disabled?)
Anyway, I cannot reproduce it, I'm testing and it is working, so this may have been fixed with some of the updates.
So please, feel free to reopen if it still happens with latest versions, but post some more information about your set up and the questions above.
