Template Design
I need a template made the file and spec's are here http://www.scifitimestv.com/sitefiles.zip .Screen shoots of where I would like the regions to be placed with in the template and the Primary links, logo etc.. I do not want any of the javascript or fancy stuff that the current site has I can do that with cck,view,panels2,jquery and so on ;-). I would like it to be a fluid design but no bigger then say 960px wide made for drupal 5 and 6(when the module are ported to 6 I will upgrade). I need to have this project done for under $100 or we can work a trade with adverts or hosting space. http://www.scifitimestv.com/site/ is the current site made in joomla, this is a start up that my wife and I are doing we have interviews with some big named stars and the first show is on Sept 24 so I would need to have it done before then. let me know if you have any questions.
Clarification
We need just the template with the regions that are outlined in the zip file not site building or modules dev as I can do this myself.

We will be doing a lot of video and other media plus community driven, I would have to hack the core of joomla to do what drupal does neutrally or I can write a module to do what I need. This site may become a high profile site with lots of hits drupal can handle it joomla I am sure about. I have about 18 drupal driven web site 10 joomla they both work well but my preference is drupal.

Considering its a straight
Considering its a straight forward port (A full Joomla theme file was received with most of the css transferable) with a few extra Drupal block regions, the price is reasonable considering there is a 4 week time frame for completion. Its much better than a client with a churn n burn mindset thats got an urgent deadline and doesn't want to make a down-payment or pay the full value of urgent work.
