I've just realized a strange bug... after I've submitted a webform, when I wanted to take a look at the result of my submission, there is one DEFAULT attribute missing just within one [hour] select box. The other one is ok... in the database everything seems ok. I guess it's about time.inc. Then I've tried to overwrite time.inc file with the most recent version from Webform 2.1.3 and it didn't help. Take a look at the screenshot...

Btw, I had the same issue with the [month] select box. But after I've overwrote the file date.inc with the version from Webform 2.1.3, everything worked fine right after.

When I said DEFAULT attribute, I meant - SELECTED attribute, of course.

The time component seems to work fine for me, could you upgrade your entire Webform installation to the latest version and see if it gets better? The CSV download format between 2.1 and 2.2 has changed, so you won't be able to just update the component files for any version after 2.1.3.

I'm closing as this was an unusual situation with a modified version of Webform. Please reopen if this problem exists with the latest (unmodified) version of Webform.
