Want to second this ... absolutely amazing and makes the add form much more user-friendly. Definitely push for this in D7 since so many administrative modules use a sequence of collapsible fieldsets, and applying your user interface paradigm to those modules' interfaces would be awesome!

I completely agree! I can really see how this makes Drupal more intuitive to end users... if this doesn't make in into core, it will probably end up on my list of must-have modules.
