Description
I'm having this nasty problem with permissions apparently with any exported file format: all extracted .po files have no permissions nor a date. I'm on a Mac and am unpacking by gui and by terminal with same results. Terminal returns an error 'implausibly old time stamp 1970-01-01 01:00:00' on each file.
I'm not having this problem with any other .tar.gz file. Is this a problem with the l10n server?
BTW: I tried with .dev and alpha3 versions of server.

Can you please test with latest version of 6.x? I think the bug was there but it should be fixed now.
#2
It was a server problem. Apparently bad tar configuration. Another reason you need to look close when you contract a shared hosting.
