Guys, I need advice as to the correct weighting of different filters.
Here's what I've got, but I have problems with line breaker as no line breaks are inserted:
URL filter 0
HTML filter 1
Quote filter 2
Line break converter 3
Inline images 3
BBCode 3

I also have

and
enabled in HTML filter.
