Force terms from multiple vocabs + Force selection of a few terms.

Hey folks... great module, works well for a site I'm using, but so well in fact I'de like to use it even more.

Here's my situation:

On the site we have podcasts and blogs that certain users are given permissions to create.
The thing is, many of these podcasts and blogs aren't just specific to a specific user. Ie. there is the environment blog, or the editorial blog, that a number of users may be able to post to. Same with podcasts. Some of them are podcasts that have multiple authors, and authors which change over time, so i need to be able to have the podcast be separately defined apart from the user.

In the case of podcasts I've used the User Force Term module to ensure that User X has all their audio submissions tagged with Term X (the name of their podcast). Which works great. And I don't have to worry about users maliciously or by accident, posting content in the wrong areas.

Except now I want to do the same with bloggers. I also realized that I may want to give some users the ability to post several different podcasts. At this point I can just make them two user accounts. But the issue of forcing a term from a different vocab remains.

So here's what I'm dreaming of:

1. Admin's can select multiple vocabularies to be used as terms to force on users.

2. Admin's can assign multiple terms in a vocab to a user. The user would then see a taxonomy selection box that allowed them to choose between the terms they are allowed to. Yeah. I realize this one might be a fair bit more difficult, but I thought I'de put it in there anyway.

Would love to see these features added if someone is working on it and feels like taking it on. If we can get the time from one of our developers we might be able to submit a patch. Will see how it goes. Until then we'll just rely on trusting bloggers to select the proper term :)
