I was having the issue of the Proximity Map Views filter not displaying a map, but rather displaying two regular form fields for latitude and longitude. I've just upgraded to the newly released test2 version, and the issue continues.

I do have gmap module installed, and the google maps display on other areas of the site. But no map displays for the exposed Proximity Map filter, not even a blank one. Just a regular ol' form with two textfields. I've also tried with various themes, in case the theme I was using wasn't outputting a necessary variable.

nm, after some settings tweaks in location module, this is functioning. I was mis-configured.
