Is picture block random image truly random?

Can one say that it is featured?

So, say, would something that has been clicked or viewed more times appear more often?

Well what is wrong with random tim?

If you ask me it is better than featured because well it gives a reflection of all your posters and always changes too.

Might want to think of another word or few words to describe it though.

At the same time you have answered you own question because featured is what is there; why does it need to be "picked/selected" to be featured.?...
