CCK node reference tokens for lnid

The lnids seems to work nicely, however, when I use custom breadcrumbs I can't find a token for node reference lnid. The [field_blog-nid], [field_blog-title], [field_blog-link], [field_blog-path] and [field_blog-url] are the standard ones available. I would like to see an [field_blog-lnid] as well.

Of course it has to have an integration with views as well, something similar to http://drupal.org/node/263294, but where title is filtered to lnid ;)
