I've installed it, configured it... Nothing. None of my links have the icon, none open in a new window/tab. When I load up ie6, it works fine, but in Firefox, zilcho. It's very odd.

Apologies, this is erroneous. I installed "NoScript" to test something else, and it seems that NoScript decided to blow up my javascript. I was unable to use javascript, even after uninstalled the accursed extension. It's now REALLY gone, and this module DOES work nicely in firefox3.
