apply watermarks to cck imagefield image objects.

this is handled by imagecache canvas actions.

If I am not wrong please correct me.
You can only handle imagecache presets, but if you need to watermark original imagefield file, you can not use imagecache actions.

imagecache_actions watermarks just imagecache processed images.
Anybody?
