How to display tertiary menu in sidebar?

I don't know if I'm missing something obvious. I use the menu trim module along with the menu restricter module.

I have two primary menus - A country menu and under that - provinces menu. Now I would like to display cities that fall under a province (which is a secondary menu in the primary links sections below the logo) in the sidebar to the left or right.

Could you please tell me how I go about this?
