I had the bad luck to hire an untrustworthy "developer". Since I am getting near my deadline, I now need another developer to finish:

a) conversion of a CSS-based TM Theme to D6
b) make necessary configuration regarding modules (Webform, Views, Advanced Forum etc.)
c) configuration/custom coding for different sections of the site

Requirements:
- Sample of previous works
- Mandatory updates via demo site and daily email/chats
- *MUST* be able to do this work within a week after assignment

Project Budget:
We are willing to pay for quality and fast delivery. Tell us what you want.

Payment:
We prefer Escrow Service. Name your preference. We regularly use GAF.

Without layouts and clear specs, it would be difficult for anyone to commit on 1 week time frame.

For top developers you should be looking at $75+ per hour.
