Description
The "You can leave us a message about using the contact form below regarding:" is hard-coded in the module and, unfortunately, the sentence doesn't make any sense as long as it has the word "about" in it.
How about making the text admin-configurable?

Also need to watch that if you already have text at the top of the contact form itself, be aware that your text is replaced by the hard coded text in this module.
Quick way round is to use ".=" rather than "=" in the module so that it bolts on to existing text that you may have. For example, I am displaying the contact address/telephone number, etc and wish to keep this.
