Can someone tell me the difference both of these modules as they appear to do the same thing?

I would like to see a jQuery Media use the swftool to inject the flash code into the node. Because currently jQuery Media only support 2 media player, whereas you have a bunch of choice from swftools.

I think SWF Tools no longer have SWF Tool Integration Module...

so if I have my own flv video player which one should I use ? Any tutorial available online ? I cannot find one...
