Attached the Norwegian flag. In Norway there is two officials written languages.
nb - Norwegian Bokmål
nn - Norwegian Nynorsk

The flag is the same :)

I actually had Norwegian (nynorsk and bokmål both) listed as targets of #297825: Add Scandinavian/Nordic flags, but since you provided them now, I just went ahead and committed them. Thanks! :)
