It transforms a text in editing mode but the result is unfiltered

When I'm editing the text in tinyMCE editor I see the results of the formatting (bold, align, font family etc.) but when I push the submit button and look at the result I see an unformatted text.

I tried to use filtered and unfiltered html formats but the result is the same.
