After uploading globalredirect to my modules, site is doing unlimited redirects - any page, also admin pages, except front.

Without you including any information specific to your situation, this looks like a duplicate of a number of known issues to do with Translation (i18n) or maybe even an inexplicable bug that I cannot replicate as of yet.

You'll find you get very little help from people if you don't provide any information (for example, what other modules are you running? Is your site multi-lingual? Are you running Apache or IIS (or Lighttpd)? Are you running mod_php or php in FCGI mode, etc?). Simply saying "It Doesn't Work" isn't hugely descriptive...
