Drupal E-Commerce paid membership alternative or tweak?
Hi to All,
I've recently just installed Drupal and I'm testing out some modules right now. I was looking for a way to have paid memberships to the site. Basically there will be 2 main types of users aside from the Administrator:
Main User Types:
1. Job Seekers
Sub Types: Normal (Free), Bronze, Silver & Gold
2. Job Posters (Free)
The different types of Job Seekers will have different menus available to them, which will be done by the roles. The Job Posters will also have a different set of menus like "Posting Jobs" and "Find Job Seeker".
So far this is what I've done:
Installed the e-commerce module, enabled uc_roles and created expirations for those roles. I've have also setup the roles to sell, so far everything seems to be working fine.
My Questions Are:
1. Is there a better way to organize the user types?
2. Is it possible to have different Forms for the registration of a Job Poster and Seeker?
3. I've noticed that in order upgrade/buy the membership, the user needs to add the paid membership to a cart, then purchase it. Is there a way to hide the "cart interface" and change it to say a simple form with four radio options: Upgrade to a. Gold, b. Silver, c. Bronze . And then once the user selects an option then click on next, the paypal form comes out or something then he pays and his membership is then upgraded.
Kind Regards
