Since I had a couple people asking what I am working on with UTS, I will give a small break down here and hope it is similar to boombatowers list of items he will be working on in the future, if you want to address a specific part or help out just give me a ping or comment in this issue.

I just posted the by design issues, I will also work on the following items which will probably take longer to be finished.
So the biggest issue is and will be to setup a usability test with more then one person, as not involving stakeholders (people in the issue que) is a big mistake, you want to be able to show how you setup a usability test and get them involved in the whole process of testing. Especially if we found a usability problem and we are trying to validate if a solution is successful. We might end up with a previous mentioned usability.drupal.org where all usability tests are gathered, but we are still a long way from that.
Probably just as me, most usability folks are very sceptical of usability tests remotely online without moderation. So there is still a great deal to learn and we have to get usability folks involved to polish our testing process - in the next few months I will talk with some who are also involved in Drupal.
