Attached patch creates an 'up' navigation link that moves up to the parent item in the tree (if available). I've tweaked the CSS a bit so that it handles it gracefully when there's no siblings available (left or right). I'm no CSS master, as we know, so I borrowed a bit straight from book for it.

merlinofchaos commentedI left out 'up' intentionally, as the breadcrumb also has it. Maybe that was the wrong idea, but it always felt kind of weird to me to have an up there.

merlinofchaos commentedRelented. Modified a bit to fix a couple of minor issues and also allow "up" to go back to the main topic list which is one level above the help.
