This is the new release of the translation framework.
Latest alterations were the fixing of the google issue when the text was more than google's 500 char limit.
Added Changelog to now keep complete track of what alters in this module.

Initial release of the translation framework with the basics created. Will be adding more as needed but this was an initial release to let the community see what is occurring.
