Contact CCK Field

I am looking for a module for CCK that adds a field that combines Name, Title, and Phone number I am setting up a database of companies and I want a section to add Company Contacts I have tried adding these fields separately for each contact type (7 in all) but it gets quite overwhelming having that many fields on top of the other fields for the company. So does anyone know of module like this or would someone like to write one? Basically I want a module like the employment field module but with just the fields specified.
