Create Icons

I am not an artist, but maybe someone else that uses the dba module is. It would be nice to replace the many text links ([view] [describe] [check] ...) with icons that were custom created for the dba module. The interface is currently cluttered, icons might make it less so. They need to be reasonably small, yet clear as to what they do.

Icons are needed to represent the following existing commands: [view] [describe] [check] [backup] [empty] [drop]. Additionally, an icon should be added for [optimize], a new MySQL feature I intend to add.
