It does not appear that the custom stylesheet folder described below was included in this release:

There are two style sheets to you can customise to make your own theme,
newswire_custom-gray.css and newswire_custom-tan.css.

The custom stylesheets are located in the /css/ folder in the Newswire
theme directory

Very strange, must be a packing script error since the folder is in the CVS, I'll look into it shortly, otherwise if speed is essential you can grab it from CSV...
