Corrected bug which probably lead to #303593: Error in configuration file makes SimpleBlogroll unusable.

Added an html tag filter (see #303593: Error in configuration file makes SimpleBlogroll unusable) and a double (or n-multiple) line check. Now feeds can be separated by multiple or even no line (module will detect 'http:' and put a line break in front).
Corrected code for consistency.

Fixed a bug where a line break was missing when selecting linking icon to be at the right of feed title.
Critical SQL bug fixed. Missing column.
Fixed bug where some HTML entities were printed out without raw. Added decode_entities().
Added hook_permissions so that all permissions now go through the user -> permissions page.
Added cache options to block.
Enables block when installing the module.
