Release notes
- Added an html tag filter (see #303593: Error in configuration file makes SimpleBlogroll unusable) and a double (or n-multiple) line check. Now feeds can be separated by multiple or even no line (module will detect 'http:' and put a line break in front).
- Corrected code for consistency.

Release notes
- Fixed a bug where a line break was missing when selecting linking icon to be at the right of feed title.
- Critical SQL bug fixed. Missing column.
- Fixed bug where some HTML entities were printed out without raw. Added decode_entities().
- Added hook_permissions so that all permissions now go through the user -> permissions page.
- Added cache options to block.
- Enables block when installing the module.
