i found oput, that Tabs is not working with jquery update module. How much it would cost me to pay you for making tabs compatible with jquery 2.0 update?

Ok, apparently this has been resovled in #171234: Make Tabs dependent on Jquery Update, with a patch to JSTools.js. FYI, I tested it on 5.10 and so far it works great.
