taxonomy specific stuff

There is no check to see if a content type has a vocabulary association before displaying trying to display the taxonomy filter. So when a content type is chosen on smackdown creation, it asks you to filter the contestants but gives you no options, just the text found in theme_smackdown_taxonomy_filter().
