Default Stocks in the Block

We wanted to pre-populate the Stock block with some default stocks if the user hadn't defined any stocks. This patch provides a new entry on the Stock administrative settings page (admin/settings/stock) where the admin can enter some default stock symbols for the block. If the user has no defined stocks or if there isn't a logged in user, the default stocks are listed. Once a user adds a stock, the defaults are no longer shown.
