Nightly development snapshot of upcoming version 3.x .
You should never use this version in production environment, after all you will become crazy like a grandcat.
Why not 2.x? FileField & ImageField already have version 3, With image_fupload partially extremly depending on FileField & ImageField (at least a submodule), we decided to do this big step =)
